ABOUT THE ROLE
CEHL is focused on creating positive housing outcomes with our partner housing co-operatives, co-op members and renters. We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Advisor to join the Quality and Compliance Team - key accountabilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate the CEHL feedback and complaints process, including organisational responses, record keeping and reporting, with a focus on resolution and improving service delivery standards, data quality and integrity.
- Support CEHL’s compliance with legislation and regulation, coordinating organisational response to updates and changes.
- Support CEHL’s internal audit program working with our internal audit partners to enact effective review and response within the organisation.
- Establish and conduct quality improvement projects and activities, including regular compliance audits and investigations to ensure ongoing internal and external compliance obligations.
- Formulate cross organisational action plans to respond to quality improvements, review findings and monitor service progress against agreed timelines.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The role will ideally suit an experienced Quality & Compliance Advisor with a positive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be able to problem solve, have a proactive work ethic coupled with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- Extensive relevant experience related to this role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience in complaints management and conflict resolution.
- A team player with an ability to think strategically in a whole-of-organisation context.
- Excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to develop successful working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A resourceful, resilient and solution focused approach to problem-solving.
