What we’re looking for:-
Lead and promote a positive culture and approach to Quality supported by sector-leading systems and processes. Empower, coach and provide resources to educators to create genuine awareness and respect for quality in action. You will be responsible for ensuring effective actions are taken to satisfy department requests and compliance with the Early Childhood National Law and Regulations (and associated legislation) across the organisation. The role
Reporting to the Senior Quality Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting regular detailed quality assessments of critical AEG processes and practices, which align with the National Quality Standards and National Law and Regulations, at an allocated region of centres
- Providing recommendations for ongoing improvement based on the results of the quality assessment that also comply with the National Quality Framework and best practice sector standards.
- Encouraging focus on continuous improvement by effectively coaching and mentoring managers
- Effectively leading in best practice and promote ongoing improvement in the quality of early childhood education and care, business performance and people development.
Qualifications & experience you’ll need to be considered
- Knowledge of ACECQA requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check or equivalent;
- Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel interstate (car allowance provided)
- Knowledge of current early childhood legislation
- Experience as a Centre Manager
- Experience in the delivery of training and assessment of staff & processes
- Experience with conducting audits, reporting, and making recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ability to set processes and procedures in place correctly the first time
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow

Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based in VIC supporting our centres in West Victoria around Werribee, Ballan, Kensington, Bundoora, Braybrook, Stawell, Point Cook, Hoppers Crossing and Melton.
