Key Responsibilities:
- Timely Deliverables: Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all team deliverables, including end-of-month reporting and GL close processes.

- Process Optimization: Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on delivering value-added services.

Candidate Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in financial accounting within the mining sector, with a track record in superintendent roles.
- Hands-On Approach: Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach, understanding the unique dynamics of the PNG context.
- Confidence and Assertiveness: Strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions confidently and defend them when necessary.
- SAP Proficiency: Previous experience with SAP systems, preferably including involvement in migration projects.
