Opportunity:
Our EPIC team in Karratha are looking for a suitably qualified Accounts Officer to provide accurate and professional administrative support to the Finance
team for all end-to-end financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete data entry for accounts payable and receivables processes, including administrative support with reconciliations, debt collection and reporting administration.
- Support day to day payroll activities, including roster and timesheet processing.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to generate and maintain accurate financial reports across various financial functions within the Finance team.
- Maintain accurate administrative and financial data records using a range of EPIC systems.
- Work closely with the Finance and wider EPIC teams to provide financial internal support.
- Provide administrative support for the regular review of financial data integrity.
- Support the Finance team to complete all scheduled internal financial audits.
- Support Finance with administrative support for regular policy, process, and document reviews.
Essential:
- Previous MYOB and/or XERO experience essential.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, minimum 2 years.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop strong relationships
- Excellent organisational and effective time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
- Excellent level of computer literacy using Microsoft products and various web-based platforms.
- Previous knowledge and/or experience in an accounts/finance role.
- Hold a current ‘C Class’ licence.
- NDIS Worker Clearance or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
