The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of the management system and the document and record management application.
Your Opportunity
The Quality Analystis a permanent full-time role, reporting to the Manager Systems, Assurance and Data Analytics you will be a member of the corporate SHEQ team located at our Brisbane Head Office and be accountable for:
- Lead the maintennance and continual improvement of CPB’s management system to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with CIMIC and the associated Operating Companies to review and implement relevant CIMIC updates to the group governance system
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support and user access to relevant SHEQS systems
- Provide management system training to PMS administrators and Business Unit representatives as required
- Proactively identify business risks and opportunities to meet Company, Statutory and end user requirements and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of the company management system.
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders and content owners to ensure feedback is reviewed and communicated
- Amend CMS documents in line with Content Owner requests and upload documentation.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Cert 4 in Training and Assessment (desirable);
- Detailed understanding of development, implementation and effectiveness of management systems;
- Experience in using Teambinder/Aconex including project specific set-up configuration;
- Demonstrated technical writing skills;
- Experience in the use of Sharepoint;
