About the Role
As the Quality and Clinical Risk Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Hospital teams to ensure compliance in relation to infection control, patient safety and feedback, governance processes and legislative reporting in line with our Patient Safety and Clinical Quality Framework.

This opportunity is a permanent part-time position, located at Ramsay Clinic Thirroul.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a confident, self-directed individual with a high level of skill and knowledge in all aspect of hospital governance.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA
- Experience in patient-related incident management and investigation
- Experience and competence in undertaking serious adverse event review
- Demonstrated effectiveness in both operational and strategic leadership in a hospital setting
- Experience and expertise in Quality and patient safety role/s
- Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement framework/s
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft office suite

The Hospital
Ramsay Clinic Thirroul is Australia's first all-female mental health facility dedicated to the psychological and psychiatric consequences of trauma. The 43-bed facility provides a range of inpatient and day patient programs, as well as onsite consulting suites for outpatient appointments.
