About the role
The Quality and Compliance Manager will deliver quality practices including management and oversight of compliance and quality audits, accreditation and renewals of registration with the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency, continuous improvement of the policy framework, corporate and academic governance processes, strategic planning, risk management planning and external reporting to regulatory bodies and university partner.
The ideal candidate we seek will ideally have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in the higher education sector, preferably in compliance, governance or academic administration
- A proactive and solution focused work ethic
- Demonstrated interpersonal and consultation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional working groups
- Highly developed administrative skills at the senior level, e.g. spreadsheeting and data analysis, and report writing for peak governing boards.
- Composure to be energised by a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously as well as an active member of the ECC team
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with acute attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria:
- Demonstrated understanding of, and experience in working with, the education sector regulatory framework.
