Position available for Senior Speech Pathologist and Speech Pathologist
Full-time and Part-time options
We are looking for Senior/ Speech Pathologists to join our Lower South West Team.
SensesWA Therapists have a community-based role delivering interventions where the clients live their lives, in family homes, schools and other appropriate local contexts and environments.
You will work closely with a dedicated and supportive bunch of multidisciplinary therapists, providing family and person-centred evidence-based support to our clients. Our goal is for our clients to live their best lives!

- New to disability and are interested in being supported, coached and mentored in your clinical area. Our Sensational Start program equips therapists new to working with people with disability with the knowledge and skills required to work confidently in this exciting field.
What you will bring to the role:
- Passion to coach and mentor colleagues as well as work collaboratively with clients in the disability sector as a Senior Speech Pathologist OR a passion to work in the disability sector as a young professional.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Previous experience working with clients with disabilities and their families and caregivers.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to plan, implement and deliver person-centred evidence-based services.
- Comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Practice Standards & Code of Conduct.
- Ability to manage your time while balancing the needs of a diverse caseload.
