Altogether is seeking a Compliance Support Officer for a 12 month opportunity in either Sydney or Brisbane
You will be joining Altogether during a significant period of growth and development. This is your opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative team increasing your exposure to compliance and quality assurance.
In this role, you will be leading internal audits, assisting with external regulatory audits and overseeing the assigning of and completion of corrective actions required. You’ll become our in-house trusted subject matter expert on ISO certification and the Business Management System.
Other Aspects of the Role include:
- Have exposure to and co-ordinate correspondence with regulators and government departments including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) and NSW Health
- Keeping our registers, compliance calendars and licence plans up to date with readily available data and information
- Have regular communication with internal and external stakeholders including co-ordinating and minuting regular meetings and workshops
- Assisting with ad hoc compliance matters

Skills & Experience
You will have:
- Experience and exposure to a regulatory environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting or Commerce would be advantageous or similar
- A proven track record in internal audits, quality assurance And Compliance
- Demonstrated success in keeping data clean and up to date
- A passion for understanding and implementing legislative and regulatory requirements And Compliance
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent administrative and document control skills
- The ability to inspire, influence and a learning mindset.
