The Role:
Drive the success of the services under your mentorship across all 7 quality areas through close collaboration with Area Managers and Centre Leadership teams.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic and effective programs, resources and professional learning throughout the centres in alignment with National frameworks and the organisation's Philosophy.
You will be a present and positive member of each centre team, with a relationships-focused approach to providing excellent management and mentorship.
This is a brilliant opportunity for experienced leaders with multi-site management experience and strong pedagogical knowledge to further their career.

- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equiv.)
- Multisite management experience
- Full drivers license
