Working with staff to promote the achievements occurring for the consumers.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience and understanding of mental health service delivery in in-patient and community based services or a combination of study and relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in protocol/guidelines and program development and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of methodologies to conduct and implement Quality and Clinical Practice Improvement, Safety Improvement Practice and Risk Management processes.
- Training and experience in complaints management and investigation. Recent in-depth knowledge and experience in ACHS accreditation standards and processes.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and excellent time management skills including ability to effectively manage competing workload priorities with tight timeframes.
- Computer skills including Windows 7, and Microsoft 2010 Packages (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Intranet and Internet.
- Current NSW Driver’s licence.
