Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a dual role in ensuring high product quality and maintaining our supply chain efficiency. Example responsibilities include:
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Maintain and develop our quality control system across the operation.
- Supervision of quality testing processes being undertaken.
- Assist in training and auditing staff & procedures.
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure that our quality control systems are in line with customer needs and expectations.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Collaborating with sales, production and our transport partners.
- Ensure that goods are delivered to customers on time by well planned and organised transport bookings.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records related to Quality Assurance and Logistics
- Prepare timely logistics paperwork, consignment notes, quality certificates.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance systems (HACCP, GFSI, etc), logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to complete accurate paperwork to a daily deadline.
- Strong computer skills & proficiency (Microsoft Office, Internet based portals)
Remuneration:
Salary package based on experience. Opportunity for package to provide local accommodation (relevant to the successful applicant).
