Quality Assurance and Training Administration Officer to join a dedicated team supporting the operation of Dispute Services, on an ongoing basis.The role of
Quality Assurance and Training Administration Officer is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Dispute Services training and
Quality Assurance programs. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate training records, supporting the development of training resources and providing support in the delivery of the programs.
About youAs our ideal candidate, you will be required to demonstrate:
- Experience in business administration and an ability to use administrative systems to deliver operational support functions.
- A relevant qualification in business administration or similar is desirable.
Please note that this role will provide support with the delivery of face-to-face, onsite training programs and therefore the successful candidate will be expected to attend our office in the CBD a minimum three days a week in line with our flexible work policy.For more information on the accountabilities and key selection criteria for the role, please refer to the attached position description.This position is only open to applicants with relevant rights to work in Australia.
