The Role
The applicant for this role will be someone that will be responsible for ensuring Link Advice authorized representatives; both internal and licensee advisers, are meeting their ongoing compliance obligations.
As part of the Link Group Retirement and Super Solutions division, Link Advice prides itself on the quality of its advice, support and mature business model.
In partnership with some of Australia’s largest Superannuation Funds, and with a focus on providing quality intra-fund and comprehensive advice, this role will have the opportunity to enable advisers help educate Australians on how to make the most of their superannuation savings.

Candidates could be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the broader leadership team to drive strategic direction and
- provide effective leadership.
- Deliver and champion continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that best practice is incorporated into the business.
- Complete Compliance reviews of Link Advice financial advice files, including internal and external audits.
- Working on the internal and external pre-vet programs.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements · Ensure all tasks within the team are performed in accordance with defined quality standards and the requirements of the Australian Financial Services Licence
Experience & Personal Attributes
- Either FAS compliance with evidence of completed CPD, working towards the minimum education requirements under FAS, or a financial services qualification.
- Sound knowledge of the Financial Services regulation in Australia and relevant laws
- Strong technical knowledge across key disciplines of financial advice
- Experience in financial planning or para-planning
- Experience working with Financial Planning software such as Xplan and Midwinter, preferred but not essential · Work in a structured work environment and adaptive to change.
- Agree to complete agreed CPD training
