Whether you're in a distribution centre, a bakery, in-store or on the road, you're an important part of an Aussie icon at the heart of the nation.About the roleA great opportunity has arisen for a passionate Quality Assurance Supervisor, reporting to the Quality Assurance Operations Manager, within our Retail Ready Operations Australia function.You'll be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control processes and compliance to ensure our site meets all testing and verification requirements.You'll also work closely with our Production Team to ensure compliance with the process control program through line monitoring and verification processes.If you're ready to take on this exciting new role and help us maintain high-quality standards, we'd love to hear from you!About you and your skills

• You'll have experience working within a similar food manufacturing environment
• Hold a bachelor's degree in food technology and related sciences
• Experience working in a Meat and Poultry environment
• A sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Change Management, HACCP and FSP
• You'll excel in a leadership role collaborating with team members and managers to deliver KPIs
• To work at pace, lead change and promote a culture of continuous improvement
