YOUR ROLE
Come and join the newest team in Technology & Operations! The Service Operations Team is a newly created team to work with our Technology Teams, Trading Divisions & Partners to harmonise ways of working in our new Enterprise Platform Ecosystem. We will establish mature, resilient service delivery management practices for our EP Ecosystem, that ensure services are being seamlessly delivered to IAG stakeholders.
As a QA Manager you will provide End-2-End Quality Assurance, (Automated Testing & Environments) for our Enterprise Platform Ecosystem, which is made up of multiple technology platforms working together to support our three Business Divisions, multiple brands and partners.
For your role to make an impact, you will be customer focused, results driven and able to work collaboratively with our people, hands-on experience in defining testing strategy for E2E QA, preparing test plans, managing test executions by leading a team and reporting testing deliverables to stakeholders.
Lead a team of dedicated Testers, automation professionals, ensuring that software products and applications meet and exceed functional and non-functional requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing and implementing enterprise testing processes, strategies, and frameworks while adhering to best practices. You will cultivate innovation within your team and partners and will demonstrate and encourage life-long learning and continuous improvement.
This is a permanent opportunity based near any of our major centres in NZ or AU.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right candidate with the following experiences;
- Proven experience in driving Quality & Testing for complex, large scale business and technology change in corporate environments.
- Experienced in delivering high-quality test automation solutions with tools such as Selenium, Cypress.io, Webdriver.io, Puppeteer, PACT, Ranorex, Tosca, TestComplete
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, GoCD, Circle CI, etc.
- Version control with GIT and a good understanding of branching and merging
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions
- An aptitude for best practice development standards
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Knowledge of business and people management
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate enterprise testing metrics for continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices and standards to optimize the Testing & Automation process.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or related fields
Relevant industry or specialism qualifications eg: ITIL, Agile, Lean 6 Sigma
