Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Assurance systems and activities within our central kitchen. This role is crucial in ensuring that our pre-cooked products meet required quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance within the food industry, excellent analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and proficiency in Chinese.

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance policies, procedures, and standards specific to the hospitality and food production industry.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the central kitchen and restaurant to ensure

compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and safety.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chefs and kitchen staff, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage the quality control team, providing guidance and support to ensure high

performance.

• Maintain detailed documentation of Quality Assurance activities and findings, including

HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, particularly food safety and hygiene, to ensure compliance.

• Provide training and support to kitchen staff on Quality Assurance processes, food safety, and best practices.

• Report on quality performance metrics to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally within the hospitality

industry

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to speak Mandarin will be an

advantage)

• Annual salary: $75,000 or above (depend on experience).
