About the Role
As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a National Quality Assurance & Testing Manager to develop, implement and lead the testing strategy, with an initial focus being on our Salesforce implementation. [KB1] [SA2] This isn't just any Quality Assurance & Testing Manager role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on a permanent full-time basis at our new Sydney or Melbourne National office.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive National Quality Assurance and testing strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance and testing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the planning and execution of testing activities, including manual and automated testing, for all software development projects.
