Twin City Truck Centre now have available an opportunity for an organised, experienced, and self-driven Quality Assurance Manager/Supervisor to join the Service team on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who strive to be the best in their field. Your major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee technicians in installing, testing, servicing, and repairing motor vehicles and related mechanical components
- Ensuring all services and repairs conform to Company and Manufacturer standards

About You:
You possess high levels of respect and integrity, whilst delivering excellence in customer service.
Ideally you will demonstrate the following.
- Mechanical qualification or equivalent overseas qualification in related trade.
- Current HR driver’s license
- Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge – previous experience in a heavy vehicle mechanical role desired but not essential.
- Experience with a Dealer Management System is desirable.
- Experience in a Team Leader role is desirable.
- Thorough understanding of workshop performance requirements including workshop loading & technician performance metrics is essential.
- Thorough understanding of customer requirements and ability to translate customer's requirements for the service department.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sound working relationship with customers, employees, stakeholders, and business partners.
