About the opportunity
The Quality Assurance Manager, reporting to the Deputy Director, Quality Assurance, will lead a high-performing team responsible for regulatory compliance, quality deliverables, risk management, and Tunnels and Civil Package-specific quality systems. With a functional reporting line to the Package Director Tunnels and Civil, this role involves establishing quality systems, procedures, and providing expert guidance within the tunnels and civil works program. The manager will interface with Project Controls, Commercial, Finance, Engineering & Assurance, and Precincts teams, along with advisors, delivery partners, contractors, and government departments. Seeking a focused leader with an Engineering or Science-related qualification and experience in large projects, the role requires proven expertise in Quality Assurance management and building effective relationships across diverse stakeholders for successful outcomes.
