About the role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer.
Ideal candidate would be someone who is self motivated, organised and engaging with a knack for continuous improvement with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Your role will involve:
- Running GMP program including audits with the line leaders
- Document verification
- Maintain Non-Conforming Product Program – placing product on hold, investigation of root cause and NCR process
- Maintain and further develop Environmental Monitoring Program including allergen verification
- Assist with Laboratory activities and cover where required
- Become Technical Expert with Packaging to assist laboratory and operations staff with problem solving and testing
- The skills you will need:
- Good interpersonal skills, willing to coach and work with operatives to upskill their quality knowledge
- Demonstrated organisation and methodical approach to work
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality and food safety systems
