Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Records: Generate, maintain, and manage quality records ensuring traceability and transparency in processes.
- Compliance: Consistently monitor operations to ensure adherence to established procedures, while advocating for a culture of quality within the organization.
- Process Optimization: Collaboratively work on refining manufacturing processes to foster efficiency and enhance product quality.
- Collaborative Engagement: Engage constructively with various departments, ensuring quality operations are integrated at every stage of product development and manufacturing.
- Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions across the company.
- Audit Participation: Actively participate in internal and external audits, showcasing the company’s compliance and working on continuous improvement strategies post-audit.
- Issue Resolution: Take a proactive role in identifying and resolving quality issues, leveraging a detail-oriented approach to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
- 2-3 years of quality experience in a TGA / PICS regulated environment is mandatory.
- Comprehensive understanding of quality control procedures and standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the management and continuous improvement of a quality management system.
