What we are looking for?
Your responsibilities will be reporting directly to the QA Lead and providing assistance in the monitoring of Quality Assurance and compliance for telephone-based engagements. This will include;
- Monitoring sales calls to ensure regulatory and control measures are being met
- Use of call recording and listening technology to review and track compliance
- Establishing risk and compliance management principles
- Running compliance/QA training and coaching workshops
- Providing advocacy and assistance for achieving compliance
- Ensuring the company is aligned and complying with regulatory frameworks
- Providing feedback to the Compliance Manager to assist in guidance and support to the consumer sales team
- Ensuring the sales team are aligned and complying with regulatory frameworks
- Assessing, scrutinizing and interpreting script adherence to verify governance standards are being met
- Mitigating risk by identifying gaps and/or systemic deficiencies in sales process
- Ad-hoc administration and data entry tasks
