Our client is a market leading organisation in Melbourne's northern suburbs of Mill Park. They are seeking a highly motivated part-time quality assurance officer to join their supportive team. The hours and days are flexible with you and what suits you best.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role consist of the following; however not exclusive to the following:
- Responsible for assisting position management within the payroll system
- Assisting in month end reporting
- Assisting in month end audits
- New hires and onboarding process
- Assist in the administration of contract variations processed
- Other ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes, but will not be limited to:
- Has worked within a similar role within the past
- Has a thorough understanding of payroll
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
