Your Role:
Responsible for working with the Commercial Operations to ensure quality is achieved and maintained with an ongoing focus on Business Improvement and future-state automation. Promoting quality excellence by identifying and supporting change derived from structured quality reviews and ad-hoc reviews, and as a sequential extension, a key focus on Business Improvement via pinpointing
Your Responsibilities:
Quality:
- Co-ordinate and conduct monthly quality checks (including auditing QA staff), run calibration sessions, provide feedback, conduct root cause analysis, and implement action plan (as appropriate)
- Highlight performance and training issues/gaps, and provide suggestions on addressing such areas
- Provide support to the team to undertake the required action(s) on QA observations and improvement areas
- Provide reporting on quality and service results to Operations Management team and wider business
- Work with Quality team to identify and delivery initiatives to ensure QA is within the desired defect rate (1% critical defect rate & within 5% of overall defect rate)
- Actively work with the team, leaders, and other stakeholders to understand, measure, and implement changes to processes, roles and operations
- Analyse existing processes to ascertain appropriateness and effectiveness alongside the Commercial Operations Business Analyst
- Continuously reviewing Promapp guides to identify process gaps and improvements by reengineering processes
- Participating in projects as a subject matter expertLook for continuous improvement opportunities
- Coordinating with IT to test, validate and evaluate new applications and functions.
- Identify risks and issues, and raise with the leadership team in a timely manner including mitigation suggestions
- Utilise data to inform process change and develop reporting as required by the business and Operations in conjunction with the Commercial Operations Business Analyst
- Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure that stakeholders are informed and updated on project status' and impacts
