Overview:

PSS is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to lead and enhance our compliance, quality and risk management efforts within the Disability and/or Aged Care sectors. This role focuses on overseeing care plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. You'll work closely with management and our APO to mitigate risks and maintain high-quality internal audits, reporting to the Head of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply your expertise in Quality, Compliance and Risk Management
• Manage and monitor compliance documents throughout the organisation for all participants.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality care and promote continuous improvement for the participants which we support
• Conduct internal and assist with external audits
• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety Legislation and ISO 9001 Standards

• Strong knowledge of corporate and clinical governance.
• Proactive, values-driven leadership with high integrity.
• Excellent customer service, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep knowledge of NDIA regulations and NDIS standards to exceed compliance.
• Clear Communication - Ability to simplify complex regulatory information for all stakeholders.
• Adaptability - Quick adaptation to regulatory changes to keep PSS at industry forefront.
