A new opportunity has become available for an experienced QC Manager to join a fast-growing international pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Sydney CBD.
Reporting to the Site Manager, the QC Manager will lead the sites Quality Control function, supported by a team of QC Analysts to ensure internal facilities, equipment and laboratory practices are maintained, up to date and compliant to regulatory standards. Collaborating and working cross functionally with internal stakeholders including QA, R&D, Validation and Technical Services teams, the QC Manager will bring strong rapport building skills, along with demonstrated quality problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
With strong leadership and people management skills, as well as current working knowledge of GMP, TGA and FDA regulatory requirements, the successful candidate will also bring;
- Relevant scientific tertiary qualifications as well as expertise in laboratory management practices, equipment, instruments, and test methods
- Demonstrated success in completing QC Audits, timely management of deviations, and reporting writing for regulatory standards
- Experience in setting and managing budgets
