Unleash Your Potential as a Quality Coordinator!
Join our thriving team and embark on an enriching career journey as a Quality Coordinator. In this pivotal role, your expertise and dedication with maintaining ISO accreditation, along with managing a small quality team to develop and implement an effective internal auditing schedule and manage the documentation management system will be instrumental in ensuring Nyrstars document compliance.
This is a residential role, based in Port Pirie on a Monday to Friday roster.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the development of tools and resources to support auditing teams to undertake audits and compliance assessments a spart of core business activity.
- Promote and educate on good document management practices i.e Document creation, approval, publishing, review, archive, disposal, storage and recall.
- Prepare and submit various annual returns, including but not limited to NPI, NGERs and rail safety.
Qualifications, Skills & Experiences:
- 2+ years experience in quality systems
- Sound knowldge of continuous quality improvment systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of working with accreditation, risk, compliance and incident management systems.
