Enjoy great rewards and benefits.Full time position - 76 hours per fortnightModern office in a great city-fringe location with onsite parkingSalary Packaging benefits up to $15,900 annually to maximise your take home pay About the roleThe Quality Coordinator's role is to provide high level administrative support to optimise resident and client engagement including ensuring that satisfaction and complaints processes are coordinated effectively. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:Assisting to maintain timely and effective internal and external communications ensuring it is responsive, welcoming and effective Drafting and editing correspondence, communication presentations and other documents Managing logistics for engagement activities including Consumer Advisory Committees and Quality Care Advisory Committee meetings and events Assisting with preparation, formatting, distribution and recording of agendas, meeting minutes and other associated papers for meetings Supporting the development of timely and accurate reporting including drafting of papers, reports and project proposalsAssisting the Quality Administration Officer and Executive Assistant of Services when requiredFor further details regarding the scope of the role, please refer to our website or the attached job description.About youWe are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in a related role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and adapt communication as required Proficient computer skills, particularly in relation to accurate recording / reporting (experience with the Google Suite is highly desirable)Strong organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision, whilst taking ownership of own workload to meet deadlinesA basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the roleAbout usSouthern Cross Care is one of Australia’s leading charitable aged care and retirement living service providers.
