Our partner company is currently in search of a highly experienced and skilled Quality Coordinator for civil works (drilling, blasting, precast, tunnelling)
  
Role Overview:  
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Coordinator to join a team responsible for overseeing all civil engineering and construction activities for this megaproject. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this pivotal role exists to ensure that construction processes align with project quality standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preventing any potential legacy issues that could compromise operational performance, thereby safeguarding the integrity and longevity of the project.
  
Qualifications and Experience:  
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and demonstrate substantial experience in managing quality coordination within large-scale infrastructure or mining projects. Key qualifications and experience include:

• Proven expertise in quality coordination and assurance, with a track record of maintaining the highest standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Experience in auditing systems and processes to identify and rectify potential issues before they escalate.
• Proficiency in popular document management systems such as Aconex, ensuring seamless coordination of project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and clear conveyance of quality standards.
• The ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive objectives forward with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective teamwork within diverse and multi-disciplinary environments
