About the role:
- This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Australia
- National travel will be required each month
- Reporting to the National Clinical Governance Manager
- Assist with developing, planning and implementing clinical strategies
- A focus on establishing, nurturing, and sustaining strong relationships with aged care & acute clients
- Collaborating with clients to ensure clinical governance in terms of Wound Management, Continence Management & Skin Care
- Ensuring that quality standards are exceeded.
- Salary: $120k + super
- $20k annual incentive (KPI based)
- $19k car allowance
- Autonomous role with lots of flexibility

- Experience working in a Quality and/or Governance position
- Valid AHPRA registration (DIV 1 RN) is essential
- Experience working within healthcare - hospital, aged or home care sectors
- Expert knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance
- Experience with continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
