We’re hiring for a full-time Quality Inspection Officer (Meat Products) to join our team at our 40-hectare primary processing site in Cannon Hill. The RoleYou will be reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Supervisor - your key duties will include the following: Conduct comprehensive inspections of carcasses and internal organs in meat processing facility, ensuring compliance with AUS meat standards and Meat Hygiene Assessment (MHA) protocols. Monitor for Zero tolerance defects, pathological abnormalities, and adherence to quality and health standards, as part of the overall process monitoring of meat facilities including the boning room, offal room and kill floor.
