About the role
As a QMS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our Quality Management System, ensuring that our processes and procedures meet the highest standards.
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Management System (QMS) Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our QMS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with various teams to facilitate internal audits, prepare and attend external audits, and ensure that our processes are documented and updated as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all Quality Management System documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms, are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with different departments to review and revise documents as necessary to reflect changes in processes or regulations.
- Proactively prepare the organization for audits by maintaining a state of audit readiness at all times.
- Conduct regular reviews of QMS processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our QMS.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to identify non-conformities, root causes, and corrective actions to address any issues identified.
- Serve as a point of contact for client and third-party audits, providing necessary documentation and support throughout the audit process.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
