The Opportunity
The AGGS Quality team is seeking a suitable team member to join a small, dynamic and passionate team focused on #redefining Quality across the ACCIONA Australia and New Zealand businesses. They are interested in a candidate who will bring their own unique value to the team awarded the International Quality Team of the Year 2023.
Reporting to the AGGS Quality & Systems Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring that suitable systems such as RIB CX are selected, implemented, managed, maintained and improved to support our business processes and people to achieve consistency and compliance.
This role is flexible on location and could be based in NSW, QLD , WA , SA or Victoria.
Key responsibilities:
Set-up, coordinate and support implementation of quality and information management systems in the business and on projects to facilitate consistent and efficient establishment.
Administer, educate and foster quality and information management system understanding, development and improvement.
Investigate and implement opportunities for continual improvement in quality and information management system functionality, operation, support and development.
Start-up and configure quality and information management systems and processes to suit project needs and business requirements.
Monitoring performance and application of quality and information management systems and processes to ensure satisfaction in support, function and efficiency.
Research and development for new technologies/system applications, processes and tools, and implementing as effective solutions.
Required Skills and Competencies
Prior experience in quality or information management and ideally a strong understanding of system management and applications.
Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferrable) or equivalent.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of systems applications, requirements, configuration, development and use including RIB CX (preferable), TeamBinder & Aconex
