About the role:
Evolve Scientific Recruitment is seeking an experiencedQuality Systems Administrator.
Reporting to the Head of Quality - compliance and regulations, the role will entail:
- Working across all teams to ensure that incidents, audit, findings etc are resolved and outstanding nonconformances are closed off on the IT system.
- Facilitate internal stakeholders to utilise the software system when raising incidents, ensuring adequate evidence is included for successful closure
- The position will establish effective relationships with the various departments across the organisation; and will work proactively to gather the evidence to be able to close off outstanding audit, deviation, incident findings.
- To be successful in this role, you would need demonstrated experience particularly working within quality environment or safety systems alongside experience in administration of IT systems.
- Significant experience in conducting risk assessments.
- Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience particularly working within quality environment or safety systems alongside experience in administration of IT systems, in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience in the administration of IT systems.
- Proven ability in conducting risk assessments, writing investigation reports and completion of actions
- Experience in been able to work across all levels of an organisation with a distinct ability to adapt and pick up on systems and processes quickly.
- Personable nature and excellent communication skills to ensure internal stakeholders work with the process to get instance completed
- This is a Mon-Fri, 12 month contract role. Flexible hybrid work environment.
- Depending on experience: $57-63 p/hour + super
- If successful in the role, there is a security clearance required, which can take up to 8 weeks.
- This is a government role so Australian citizenship is required.
- Public transport to the company is limited but plenty of parking is available.
