Quality Manager - Heathcote Health Permanent - Part Time - 64 hours per fortnight
This Role
Heathcote Health is inviting applications for an enthusiastic and experienced health professional to fill the role of the Quality Manager for the organisation.
The primary purpose of the Quality Manager is to provide leadership and support for the Quality Program in conjunction with the Executive Leadership Team.
The role will drive a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organisation.
The Quality Program incorporates organisation wide accreditation processes, clinical risk management, patient and resident feedback, legislative compliance, consumer participation and practice improvement and associated policy management.
This position will also oversee the day to day running of the organisation's incident reporting and quality systems, as well as the legislative compliance register and support and implement quality initiatives in line with the Quality and Safety Plan and Heathcote Health statement of priorities.
The successful applicant must be able to work within a team environment with excellent communication skills along with knowledge of our IT systems.
