The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Quality Manager with proven experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team. ASP is part of the Cleanaway group, and we manufacture healthcare-sector products.
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance processes and procedures to meet ISO and Australian Standards compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate quality audits, both internal and external, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance data and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance product quality and process improvements.
- Train and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality issues and resolutions.
About You
Your meticulous attention to detail will see you succeed in this role.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO and Australian Standards relevant to the plastics industry will be advantageous.
- Technical-minded, with high analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- A high level of clear and concise communication and written and verbal interpersonal skills.
