Our client is a leading global fast paced products manufacturer supplying to major retail channels with strong brand recognition and exciting growth plans in place.
Reporting through to the General Manager - Operations, the Quality Manager ANZ drives the quality strategy and policies, Quality Assurance of external and internal supply operations and Quality risk and performance management.
This position is responsible for developing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholder groups with an entrepreneurial approach to align quality strategy to meet overall supply chain outcomes.
The role defines and embeds quality systems and processes whilst elevating the visibility and importance of quality within the overall organisation. Critical to the success of this role is the ability to identify and mitigate risk and continually manage the risk systems and ensure these processes are embedded within internal and external supply sources.
Key skills and experience required:
- Proven track record in Quality Management and ideally operations.
- Degree qualifications highly desired.
- Entrepreneurial approach and strong relationship builder.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced business.
- Analytical thinker and ability to deep dive into data to drive solutions.
- Ideally a desire to move into operational/supply chain leadership.
