We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Officer to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy in data entry and records management.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation;
• Ability to interpret and put into practice legislative and compliance requirements;
• Maintain the audit schedule and associated actions within the LOGIQC QMS system;
• Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees in a professional impartial manner; and
• Provide support with respect to Job Pathways’ management system requirements and functions related to ISO:9001 & ISO:27001 / RFFR to develop the broader organisational knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in community or employment-based organisations (or similar).
2. Experience working with program specific contractual frameworks or guidelines.
3. Experience in general auditing against compliance requirements.
4. Proven administrative skill sets, including the ability to process complex information in software programs, such Microsoft Excel.
5. Experience in maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy in data entry and records management, inclusive of processing and/or analysing substantial records.
6. Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a range of people.
7. Previous experience working with Indigenous Australians and organisations, and a demonstrated understanding of the social, economic, and environmental factors impacting on rural and remote communities.
8. Tertiary qualification in Administration, Auditing and/or other relevant qualifications.
