- Working within our Quality team, ensuring contractual obligations are being met.
- Conducting audits and developing operational standards in line with requirements.
- Overseeing the training of new Employment Services team members.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Quality and Development Officer to be part of Training Alliance Group’s (TAG) expanding team.
About the Role
As a Quality and Development Officer you will work within our Quality team to ensure TAG remains compliant with all Employment Services contracts in the delivery of programs. Core activities include:
- Conducting audits in line with the Program Audit schedule.
- Developing and maintaining operational documents/standards that are in line with contractual requirements and that will serve as helpful resources to new team members.
- Developing individualised training plans to support new Employment Services team members that commence employment with TAG.
- Delivering training to new team members and managing their Training Plan from day one to the end of probation, providing regular weekly updates in their performance.
- Undertaking desktop monitoring and assessing against internal policies and procedures.
- Providing written reports to reflect the performance of the individual and the program.
This is a permanent full-time role and successful candidate must be willing to travel within WA as required, the is not a Management role.
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
- Possess a sound understanding and demonstrated experience in the Employment Services industry.
- Possess a passion for training, mentoring, and providing continuous development to those around you.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have demonstrated experience in achieving business targets and KPIs.
- Possess excellent IT and time management skills with good attention to detail.
- Have the flexibility to travel within metro and regional WA and provide operational support as required.
