In this role you will:
- Conduct audits
- Monitor, document and respond to all feedback and incidents received in relation to APM Assessment Services
- Assist in the development and revision of processes as required
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Strive for continuous improvement
Skills you’ll bring
- Experience in aged care with an understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support program and home care packages
- Experience conducting Home Support Assessments and/or Support Plan Reviews
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and feel comfortable navigating various IT platforms.
