We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to work with an Audiology Provider in their hearing clinic based in Fitzroy, VIC - Note: NO PARKING is available, you must need to be comfortable to commute in via public transport.
Our client has seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with customers through various channels, provide product information, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless experience. This role offers career development opportunities within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and offer personalized solutions.
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
- Assist customers in navigating our cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories.
- Resolve concerns promptly, leaving a positive impression on customers.
- Engage in local marketing efforts to promote the clinic.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
- Previous experience in high-quality Customer Service (retail or allied health).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems and appointment book management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and solid administration skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
