We are a family owned and run business operating school and local charter services, a daily Airport shuttle service, regional and interstate school tours, and extended safari tours.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill this exciting and demanding role. As the first point of contact, every day is different and brings about a new challenge, so we require someone who is quick thinking, can problem solve, can work well independently and often without supervision.
Successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Answering phones, taking shuttle bus bookings, preparing quotes for charters, preparing drivers sheets and tour folders
- Allocating drivers to weekly rosters, tracking fleet movements, communication with drivers during shifts, assist in coordination of school bus routes
- Previous experience in Xero accounting software essential as this position will provide backup to the Finance and Payroll officer in accounts payable/receivable and weekly payroll.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with preference to experience in transport and logistics
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of computer skills with excellent attention to detail
- A flexible approach to work with the ability to priortise, organise and dispatch jobs in a busy and fast paced environment
You will be provided with on the job training and ongoing support during the learning phase.
