Our client:
is seeking to engage a Quality Specialist /CI Manager with manufacturing experience at their manufacturing facility.
About the role:
- Maintenance of the Australian Standard registration
- Improve and maintain the quality control process including training team members and operators to obtain a quality culture across all shifts.
- Working with and within teams to drive a continuous improvement culture across the site.
- Improve Safety in the Workplace
- Support the Management team in undertaking entrenching continuous improvement.
- To be the on-site Quality and Standard expert
About you:
- Excellent safety focus with a strong understanding of safe work practices.
- Previous experience in bespoke manufacturing or FMCG advantageous but not essential.
- A track record of sustained process improvement, analytical and problem solving skills
- Suited to motivated individuals within a team environment
- Tertiary education OR working knowledge of process improvement, engineering, or quality discipline.
- Works well with all levels of competency from all areas of the business.
- Active leadership and a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can inspire.
- Experience / training in Manufacturing process improvement techniques and how to adapt and implement this knowledge in a practical manner
