The role will provide technical support to Commercial Operations and Hospitality and Catering, which spans 22 locations and delivers over 300,000 meals per month.
The Role:
- Supervising all HACCP/Food safety training pertaining to Living Services activities
- Guaranteeing adherence to legal and regulatory standards across all states.
- Verifying that all personnel are adequately trained and proficient in meeting HACCP requirements.
- Conducting thorough investigations, analysis, and reporting of customer complaints, including Food Safety incidents and supplier non-conformities.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in Food Safety through sustainable practices.
- Ensuring supplier compliance through audits and comprehensive reviews of production facilities.
- At least three years of prior experience in similar role is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Food Safety-related discipline is necessary, while a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Possession of Food Safety Auditor Qualifications and completion of HACCP Accredited Training are essential.
- Demonstrated results oriented approached with a knack for identifying and prioritising problems and issues, generating effective solutions and fostering collaborative efforts to achieve success.
- Proven ability to work independently with a high level of motivation, energy, initiative and dedication, capable of managing multiple tasks and resolving conflicting priorities.
- Skill in maintaining a balance between the demands of working in a secure environment and advocating for healthy routines for clients.
- $110,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation, negotiable depending on experience.
