DFI is currently accepting applications from Quality Systems Managers to join it's team on a fulltime basis. This position offers work from home flexibility.
Position
The Quality Systems Manager at DFI is responsible for much more than reviewing and updating quality documents. Your duties will include:
- Management of DFI's internal Quality Management System, ensuring it's continuous development and improvement
- Development of project quality management plans, and assisting with HSE and QA pre-mobilisation deliverables
- Oversee all aspects of the quality assurance and quality control requirements for projects
- Coordination of project document control
- Working alongside project management staff and field crews to deliver accurate and timely quality turnover packages
- And all other duties assigned
This position has no direct reports.
Who will best fill this role?
DFI’s next team member will possess the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of construction related working experience within the QA/QC space
- Experience in managing Quality Management Systems
- Be self-motivated and excel at working independently and as part of a small team
- Strong administration and organization skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge, including experience with software, such as Microsoft Office Suites and ERP Systems.
