- As the Quarry Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and will have overall responsibility for the quarry operation and be responsible for the daily activities including safety, production, planning and people management.
- Responsible for adherence to the Safety Management System and Statutory performance to Resource Regulator requirements.
- The quarry consists of an operational workforce of 35 employees to which 4 are direct reports. You will facilitate performance reviews and management discussions with your direct reports.
- Accountable for the development and implementation of operations plans as well as contribute to the strategic business planning process.

- Tier 1 Quarry Certificate and prior Quarry Management experience is essential.
