Southside Racing is the beating heart of the Thoroughbred Racing Industry with the largest training facility in the Southern Hemisphere, as well as multiple hospitality venues, providing first class entertainment to the wider community.
Southside Racing has an exciting opportunity for Raceday Customer Service Attendants to join the team. The Raceday Customer Service Attendant will play a key role in assisting patrons and facilitating movement throughout the Racing Club's venue on Raceday. This role requires a high level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers, particularly owners, patrons and participants.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Oversee the facilitation of patron, vehicle and equine ingress including strict adherence with ticketing and member pass guidelines
- Respond to customer enquiries including distribution of tickets for events & functions
- Provide high level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure only key personnel have access to restricted areas on-course, monitoring crowd movement into various areas
- Act as the first point of customer contact, answering any queries customers may have when arriving on course
- Accept payment for various ticket types including general admission, child and concession tickets and give customers appropriate change
- Other duties as requested.
