About the facility
Our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory at University Hospital Geelong is renowned for delivering a comprehensive array of cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures across two state-of-the-art labs. These procedures encompass coronary angiography, PCI, CTO, Rotational atherectomy, and advanced vessel imaging technologies. Additionally, our facility offers a suite of Electrophysiological technologies, including 3D mapping and cryoablation, complemented by pacemaker implantation. Notably, University Hospital Geelong proudly holds accreditation for its TAVI program and extends a 24-hour STEMI service to the broader Geelong region.
About the role
The Cardiac Catheter Laboratory seeks a highly motivated Grade 2 Radiographer/Medical Imaging Technologist. In this position, you will play a pivotal role within a multidisciplinary team, overseeing specialized cardiac imaging across various procedures. Furthermore, you will receive training to contribute to our 24/7 STEMI service. This role is dynamic and presents significant professional growth opportunities.
