DT Infrastructure is part of the Gamuda Group of Companies, following the acquisition in May 2023 of Downer EDI’s Australian transport projects business. DT Infrastructure brings together unique synergies between global infrastructure and property giant Gamuda and local expertise in transport and infrastructure projects across metropolitan and regional Australia.
NEWest Alliance is a multidisciplinary collaboration between CPB Contractors and DT Infrastructure, working with the Public Transport Authority to deliver two projects (Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link) as part of METRONET.
We are currently seeking a Site Engineer with Rail/Track project experience to effectively provide on-Site Engineering support to assist in the achievement of the required objectives of the Thornlie-Cockburn Link project.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring key construction requirements and implementing prompt corrective action if required, to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers work
- Managing the verification of conformance for works under control
- Maintaining all relevant project document control and records
- Managing temporary works design and ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
Required experience / qualifications:
- A recognised degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years relevant site based experience
- Demonstrated capability in Rail infrastructure projects (Heavy Haul or Metro)
- Construction White Card
- Perth based with relevant Australian work rights
